Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, work completed, third-party expenses and the written agreement accepted for the project.

Custom development and setup

Payments for completed milestones, consultation, setup, design, development or work already performed are generally non-refundable.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, advertising spend, API usage, licences, payment-gateway charges and other third-party expenses are not refundable by ChatIndiaAi.

Cancellation

A client may request cancellation in writing. Any eligible balance is calculated after deducting completed work, committed resources, taxes and non-refundable external costs.
